Brian Janosky
OWNER / PRINCIPAL
Brian graduated from Texas A&M University in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. Brian has spent the last 20+ years in the software industry in management, sales and executive roles. Now, he is focusing on small business ownership, while maintaining a focus on growth and business transformation.
Brian's hobbies include pickleball, coaching his kids' sports teams and good bourbon.

Chris Pantoja, CPA
PARTNER
Chris is a tax specialist with 20 years of experience, specializing in real estate and tech companies. Based in Central Texas, he has dedicated his career to helping businesses and owners navigate complex tax matters with tailored tax planning strategies.
Outside of his professional work, he is a devoted family man, a proud husband, and a father to a wonderful daughter. He enjoys writing and is also the author of one book so far. In his spare time, he enjoys designing and building software to help tax professionals spend less time at the office, blending his passion for technology with his expertise in taxation.

Steve Johnson, CPA
PARTNER EMERITUS
Steve graduated from the University of Texas in 1981 with a BBA in Accounting and in 1983 with a Masters in Professional Accounting specializing in Taxation. He is entering his 45th year in public accounting.
Steve’s hobbies include hunting, fishing, and grandchildren.

Perry Heath, CPA
PARTNER EMERITUS
Perry graduated from Texas State University with Highest Honors and a BBA in Accounting. He began his career with a local Austin CPA firm and has continued in practice for 51 years (so far). He was honored to serve as the Chairman of the Texas CPA Tax Institute for 2 years and is a Past President of the Central Texas Estate Planning Council.
Any leisure time is spent visiting grandkids or America’s amazing National Parks.

Yajaira Adame, CPA
TAX PREPARER
Yajaira graduated from Texas State University in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Major in Accounting. Yajaira has spent the last 15 years in public accounting assisting clients with financial and tax services.
Yajaira enjoys family time, outdoor activities, and a good movie.

Robert Biggs, CPA
TAX PREPARER
Robert graduated from Sul Ross State University in August of 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. He has twenty years of experience in the field of public accounting since joining his first CPA firm in January of 2005 and earning his CPA license in April of 2021. His primary public accounting background is in the field of audit as well as business and individual taxation.
Robert also likes to spend time together with his wife and children enjoying sports, outdoor activites, and time away from the city.

Alan Couoh
TAX MANAGER
Alan graduated from Texas State University with a BBA in Accounting. In college, he held officer positions in both Beta Alpha Psi and the National Association of Black Accountants. In his professional accounting career, he developed a track record of delivering tailored solutions to clients across various industries. Prior to joining public accounting, he volunteered to serve in the United States Marine Corps. His time in service gave him unique opportunities, allowing him to travel all around the world.
Alan enjoys spending all his time with his daughters. They collect Pokémon cards, play video games, and binge-watch anime.

Megan graduated from the University of Texas in 2006 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Professional Accounting. She has been a CPA since 2006 and has been with Wood, Johnson, Heath since 2008. Megan is now teaching accounting at the University of Texas full time and continuing to work part time for WJH. She loves traveling and has been to 40+ countries.

Cindy has been a dedicated professional in tax preparation and bookkeeping for over 35 years, during which she has built a reputation for precision, reliability, and exceptional client service.
Outside of her professional life, Cindy enjoys exploring new destinations and immersing herself in different cultures through her love of travel. She also cherishes spending quality time with her grandchildren. Cindy's blend of expertise, curiosity, and a strong family focus make her a trusted advisor and a valued member of her community.

Sharon Weedon
BOOKKEEPER
After graduating from the College of Wooster, Sharon began her career in Human Resources and worked her way up in the high-tech industry. After taking time to raise her daughters, Sharon transitioned into accounting and have since worked with various small firms.
Outside of work, Sharon is fortunate to travel frequently to spend time with her daughters and grandchildren. In her downtime, Sharon enjoys needlework and word puzzles, which keep her both entertained and challenged.

Carrie Burr
OPERATIONS MANAGER
Carrie serves as the Operations Manager at Wood, Johnson, Heath, where she’s responsible for overseeing the firm’s daily operations and ensuring everything runs smoothly. She focuses on optimizing workflows, boosting efficiency, and driving overall organizational performance—basically, she’s the one keeping everything on track!
Carrie’s knack for managing processes extends beyond the office. At home, she and her husband Jason are busy raising two active teenage sons, and supporting them in ALL their sports. Carrie recently marked her 20th work anniversary with the firm. Before stepping into her current role, she spent 10 years as the firm’s Payroll Manager. Prior to joining WJH, she gained valuable experience working in both banking and retail.

Jessica Pekarek
PAYROLL MANAGER
Jessica graduated from the University of Michigan in 2002 with a BS in Computer Science. After a number of years working as a software engineer, she decided to make a career change. She completed an accounting degree from Austin Community College in 2013.
She’s been at Wood, Johnson, Heath since 2014, handling payroll processing, as well as some bookkeeping and admin tasks. Her accounting skills are enhanced by her knowledge of technology, and she’s always ready to learn something new. She aims to skillfully handle clients’ payroll and accounting needs while providing excellent customer service.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, walking, and spending time with loved ones and her animals. She especially loves her volunteer work at Pioneer Farms, and as an adult ESL tutor.

OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
Tammy graduated from Tarleton State University with a Business Administration Degree. Tammy’s previous career was in Business Development for a title company in the Fort Worth area.
Tammy enjoys spending time with her family, friends, hiking and a good book!
